SpotLocator is the AI mapbuilder that turns hours of work into a conversation. You tell it what you need and Spoty, its agent, builds the map for you: it finds the places, drops them in, groups them by category and customizes every detail. In minutes you have an interactive map ready to publish or embed on your site, just like the Everest route you see above.
The problem it solves
Building a good interactive map used to require a developer, hours of manual work and wrestling with the Google Maps or Mapbox APIs. Search each place, drop each pin, tweak styles, write the cards… repetitive and slow. Most people end up with a poor map, or no map at all.
From days of work to a conversation
A well-built interactive map isn’t dropping pins. It’s researching each place, verifying it’s the right one, placing it, grouping it and writing its info card. By hand that’s one minute per spot, optimistically. Multiply it.
1,000 spots
By hand: ~2 days of work. With SpotLocator: ~20 minutes.
| Locations | By hand (traditional) | With SpotLocator | Time you save |
|---|---|---|---|
| 50 spots | ~50 min | ~5 min | ~90% |
| 200 spots | ~3 hours | ~10 min | ~95% |
| 500 spots | ~1 working day | ~15 min | ~97% |
| 1,000 spots | ~2 days of work | ~20 min | ~98% |
The traditional method assumes 1 minute per location across searching, verifying, placing and describing. In practice it’s usually more.
By hand, twice the spots is twice the time. With a well-designed AI agent, going from 200 to 1,000 locations barely moves the clock. That’s what we do at Atlantics: AI that absorbs repetitive work so volume stops being a problem.
What you can do
- Create lists of places by name, up to 100 at once, without leaving the chat.
- Organize spots into groups and categories, with cascading style inheritance: define the group once and all its spots inherit it.
- Control every spot in depth: a 6-tab inspector per spot —content, label, pin style, popup, photo and video gallery, action buttons.
- Draw routes and zones over the map (coverage, delivery areas, the boundary of a development), not just pins.
- Choose how the map looks: 6 base styles, native 3D, terrain and street level.
- Publish and embed the map on any website with a single line of code, in Spanish or English.
Spoty: your map copilot
Spoty controls 109 real tools on the map: from geocoding an address or creating a hundred spots in bulk to restyling the entire map or drawing a zone that wraps a group of spots. You describe the result you want and it runs the steps. The manual, repetitive work of building maps is gone.
Use cases
- Tourism & travel: itineraries, routes and points of interest (like the Everest trek above).
- Real estate: developments, locations and amenities of a project on one map.
- Retail & franchises: store locators and coverage maps.
- Logistics: delivery zones, service coverage and routes.
- Events: venue maps, booths, stages and entrances.
- Media & education: narrative maps to tell stories with data.
Why it matters
SpotLocator turns into a conversation something that used to demand code and hours. And it’s a good example of what we do at Atlantics: we don’t integrate AI for show. We design and operate AI products that solve real work.
